The controller turns on the power switch, starts ignition, opens the air valve, and after 12 seconds, the ignition stops and enters the combustion state. It means that there is a pot to keep the burning state, otherwise the gas valve is closed and the flame is extinguished to prevent air burning. 4. Installation of infrared emission and reception. Controller related connection:

1. Connect the power cable to 220V AC power supply. Set the power switch to start or stop the work. Turn off the power when not in use.

2. The ignition wire is connected to the ignition pin for ignition. The ignition pin is recommended to be in the form of a double point, which is most beneficial for the stable operation of the controller. If the single-fired burner is used, it will increase the probability of the controller being disturbed, so we do not encourage it. Be sure to reliably ground one of the high voltage wires when the customer must use it.

3. A 24V gas solenoid valve is connected to the solenoid valve line to control the total oil circuit of the stove.

6. In view of the harsh working environment of commercial stoves, in order to ensure long-term reliable operation of the controller, it is strongly recommended to take the waterproof and anti-fouling work of each wire joint seriously. After the debugging, the exposed wires and joints are wound with a wrap and a plastic wrap. Insulating tape and the like are tightly wound.

Installation instructions for the transmitter and receiver:

1. First, on the left side of the front beam of the furnace surface, first open the Φ20mm hole from the edge of 6-10cm. After the middle hole of the base is aligned with the opened hole, open the hole of the fixed base and fix the base of the emitter with the rivet. Insert the emitter into the hole, adjust the direction and fix the emitter with screws.

2. Drill the base of the emitter with a rivet according to the shape of the emitter;

3. Fix the receiving head on the back plate. Different hobs have different fixed positions, generally installed as follows;

a. Avoid the high temperature area of the exhaust vent and the high temperature area on the back of the stove;

b. The optical path of the transmitting head and the receiving head passes through the center point of the furnace

c. The optical path connection between the transmitting head and the receiving head cannot be blocked by the height of the furnace, and the nearest distance is 1-2 cm higher than the furnace;

4. Open the Φ20mm hole at the selected position on the back plate. After the middle hole of the base is aligned with the hole opened, open the hole of the fixed base, fix the base of the receiving head with the pull stud, insert the receiving head into the hole, and adjust it. Then fix the receiving head with screws.

5. If two sets of controllers are installed on the double-head hob, the left and right sides are symmetrically installed. The two receiving heads are in the middle and the two transmitting heads are on both sides. Commissioning instructions for the controller:

1. Commission the power after installing all components. Infrared radiation debugging:

A. The upper part of the aluminum infrared component has a small eye. The function is to emit a beam of infrared light that is invisible to the naked eye to the receiving head to detect whether there is a pot on the stove. When there is a pot, the light will be blocked and the receiving head will not be received, otherwise an infrared signal will be received. This infrared ray is modulated and will not be confused with other infrared rays in the environment. The receiving head will clearly filter out this effective signal to achieve a correct judgment on the existence of the pot.

B. The aluminum infrared component has a glass window at the side end, which is a receiving head, built-in infrared receiving component and status indicator. The light is always on, indicating that the correct infrared signal is received, indicating that the infrared light is not blocked, and the transmitting and receiving directions are basically Normal, within the valid range. On the contrary, the flashing of the light indicates that the infrared signal is not received, indicating that the infrared light is blocked or emitted by the cookware, and the receiving direction is not within the effective range.

C, adjust the transmitting head to make the transmitting head emit in the direction of the receiving head. Infrared anti-air burning controller installation precautions

1. The installer must have an electrician installation qualification.

2. The rated input voltage of this igniter is 220V 50HZ. A qualified leakage circuit breaker must be installed at the front end of the power supply. The metal casing of the cooker must be protected by a grounding wire. It is strictly forbidden to connect the metal casing with a neutral wire!

3. The control switch on the panel should use a bipolar power switch of not less than 5A/250V, and the igniter power cord is connected to the power switch.

4. The controller can be fixed or suspended in the lower space of the cooker, and should avoid high temperature radiation baking.

5. High-voltage line is connected to the ignition needle. It is recommended to use dual-ignition ignition mode. The discharge spacing of the ignition needle is 3-5mm. Try not to use the single-discharge method. If only one high-voltage line is connected to the ignition needle, the other high-voltage line must be reliably connected to the burner. On the metal body, it can not be easily connected to the metal casing of the cooker, which will bring many difficult problems!

6. The length of the high-voltage line is “sufficiently long and shortest”. It is better to separate the two lines by more than 3 cm, and maintain a certain degree of drooping arc to facilitate oil drop. The high-voltage line can not be extended continuously. The wiring is not allowed to be close to the iron frame and iron plate of the stove. Do not add all kinds of casings. It is absolutely necessary to avoid twisting the two high-voltage wires together to avoid high-frequency high-voltage leakage.
